These terms apply to all purchases at pistonsoak.eu. By placing an order and completing payment you enter a distance sales contract with Babatac EOOD. Product descriptions and prices shown in the shop are binding at checkout.
Orders are shipped via euShipments courier partners across the EU. After payment you receive a confirmation email with order details and, once dispatched, a tracking number (AWB). Typical transit times depend on destination; delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control but we will assist you in tracking the parcel.
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Important exception: Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery — this includes opened chemical/engine-cleaner bottles. Sealed, unopened products may be returned in resaleable condition.
To exercise withdrawal, email info@babatac.com with your order reference within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order reference. We will replace the product or refund you in accordance with EU consumer guarantee rules.
Berryman B-12 Chemtool is a flammable chemical product. Follow the label instructions and our guides. Piston soak and fuel-system treatments are performed at your own risk. We provide informational guides only; they do not replace the manufacturer's safety data sheet or professional mechanical advice.
Contact us first at info@babatac.com — we aim to resolve issues within 5 business days. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider each complaint fairly.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they give you greater protection.
