2. What Data We Collect

Account data: full name, email address, hashed password, date of registration, GDPR consent timestamp.
Order / shipping data: recipient name, delivery address (street, city, ZIP, country), phone number, optional email, package contents description.
Technical data: authentication token stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). No IP addresses are logged by us.

We do not collect payment card details — no online payment is processed through this store.

3. Why We Process Your Data

To fulfil your order — we pass your shipping address and contact details to our courier partner (euShipments / inout.bg) to create and track your parcel. Legal basis: Contract

4. Third Parties

euShipments (inout.bg) — your name, address and phone number are transmitted to their API solely to create and track your shipment. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any advertising network, analytics service or other third party.

5. Data Retention

Your account and order history are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6). After deletion all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU resident you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your account and all associated data instantly via My Orders → Delete my account.
Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection — object to processing where our legal basis is legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store three items in your browser's local storage:

auth_token — a secure random token to keep you signed in (expires after 24 hours on the server).
auth_user — your name and email, used to display your account name in the navigation bar.
gdpr_accepted — records that you dismissed the privacy notice banner.

These items are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require separate consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes with a unique per-user salt — your plain-text password is never stored. Session tokens expire after 24 hours. Rate limiting is applied to login and registration endpoints to prevent brute-force attacks.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
